Litigation is not a service we advertise and rarely perform. It is what this office does. We prepare a file as though it is going to a judge, because often it is, and that changes what the other side is willing to offer long before a hearing date arrives.<\/p>\n

That matters most when the thing in dispute is land. A fence in the wrong place, a cadastral plan that does not match the registry, a contractor who took the money and left, a purchase that can never be registered. Where we work<\/h2>\n

Our office is in Playas del Coco, in the canton of Carrillo. We appear in the courts at Liberia, Santa Cruz and Nicoya, and we take clients from across Guanacaste. Tamarindo is thirty-five minutes away and we work there regularly.<\/p>\n
